Ramgarh: Under the guidance of the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), a Vigilance Awareness Programme was successfully organised today at Sorisso Pizza, Ramgarh, by the Nations Development Association (NDA), with the active participation of Meal Mastiyaan Restaurant, Ramgarh. The programme aimed to promote integrity, transparency, and ethical values among business establishments and the wider community.
During the programme, a Vigilance Pledge was administered to the management and staff of Sorisso Pizza and Meal Mastiyaan Restaurant, encouraging them to uphold honesty, accountability, and zero tolerance towards corruption in their professional and social conduct. On the occasion, both establishments were awarded Certificates of Commitment as a mark of recognition for their support and active involvement in the vigilance awareness initiative.
The programme was led by Mr. Sushil Singh Charak, Chief Functionary, Nations Development Association (NDA). The NDA is registered with NITI Aayog and affiliated with MY Bharat under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. He was accompanied by Mr. Aakash Singh Charak, District President, Jammu, who underlined the importance of community participation and private sector engagement in strengthening vigilance awareness at the grassroots level.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sushil Singh Charak stated that vigilance is not limited to government departments alone but is equally relevant for private businesses, institutions, and citizens in their day-to-day lives. He emphasised that ethical practices and collective responsibility are essential for building public trust and a corruption-free society.
On the occasion, Mr. Gurdail Rana, Managing Director of Sorisso Pizza and Meal Mastiyaan Restaurant, expressed his sincere gratitude to the NDA Chief Functionary for organising the Vigilance Awareness Programme. He appreciated the efforts of the NDA in spreading awareness on vigilance and ethical values and assured continued cooperation in future social and national initiatives.
The programme concluded with a renewed commitment by all participants to uphold integrity, transparency, and ethical standards in all spheres of life.
