She also mentors students for national programs such as PRAGASH and the Children’s Science Congress, while encouraging creativity through arts, poetry, and cultural activities.
• Pink and Yellow FeedForward Technique: A behavioral innovation for early learners, using colored bands and cards to encourage positive habits and gently correct lapses without punishment.
• The Truth Nook: A safe classroom space fostering honesty, reflection, and grievance-sharing through an Honesty Box and ballot slips.
• Self-Care Corners: Hygiene and wellness stations in schools to provide students access to essentials like soap, combs, sanitizers, and lotions.
• Nature Lab & LEOPA Project: Ecological and sustainability-focused projects linking education to SDGs, earning her recognition at IRSD-2024, where she was named Distinguished Innovative Scholar cum Teacher.
• Back on Track: Community-based learning circles to re-empower school dropouts and elderly learners, reinforcing her belief that education is a lifelong journey.
• Ripple Rise Club: A peer-learning and group-study model that promotes resource sharing, creativity, and critical thinking beyond classrooms.
• From Waste to Wonder: Creation of low-cost, sustainable TLMs and teaching aids from waste materials. Her “Jadui Pitara” (Magic Box) was showcased at the World’s Largest FLN Fair and earned her the ZIIEI Award.
• Noor ki Roshni: Voluntary adult education, particularly empowering women through literacy and life skills under the NILP–ULLAS program.
• Grow Meet: A monthly professional learning community for teachers to co-create lesson plans, exchange ideas, and enhance pedagogical practices.
Through these innovations, Ms. Sufeena has redefined what it means to be an educator—extending the classroom into homes, communities, and even policy conversations. Her work demonstrates that education is not confined to academics but is about dignity, integrity, empowerment, and transformation.
