Srinagar: On the occasion of National Unity Day Army Goodwill School (AGS) at Wayne in Kupwara organised an impressive function to felicitate Peerzada Musaib who recently achieved the milestone of clearing JEE (Advance), was invited as guest of honour. Achieving academic excellence Musaib has performed with exceptional results by securing All India 11th rank and First position in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in JEE (Adv) 2021.
To honour the achievements of Musaib, a felicitation ceremony and an interaction with the students of AGS Wayne was organised by the school.
It would be pertinent to mention here that Musaib with his undaunted spirit, ever eager to excel attitude and hard work has achieved this milestone.
As a 17-year-old boy from Reddi Chowkibal, a remote area in Kupwara district of Kashmir province who during his childhood days had faced the brunt of terrorism which not only affected his father but, he also lost his right hand in an explosion while studying in class three.
During his felicitation, Tariq Ahmed Tariq, Principal of AGS Wayne spoke about the hard work, determination to excel and positive attitude shown by Musaib even after facing numerous challenges throughout his life.
During his interaction with the students of AGS Wayne, Musaib spoke about the incident that left his life in shock and dreams shattered. He dedicated his achievements to the support of his parents, guidance by teachers and last but not the least the hard work.
Tariq Ahmed Tariq, principal of the school, in his closing address appreciated the indomitable spirit and efforts of Musaib which has led him towards his goal. He also mentioned that his achievements would be a guiding light for others to emulate and will inspire other students to excel in their respective goals.
