Srinagar: The annual Alumni meet cum Young Achievers’ awards function of Ashutoosh Army Goodwill School (AAGS), Budkot, Handwara served as an opportunity to refresh old memories and share the experience. The event also served to motivate the young achievers of Rajwar.
The Alumni meet started with Alumni interaction and speech, followed by cultural programmes, felicitation of the Young Achievers of the Rajwar.
The event was graced by Chairman, AAGS Brig Vikrant Patil VSM, SM, Secretary, AAGS Col Saurabh Sharma and Khalid Jalal, Principal of AAGS. A total of 46 Alumni participated in the event and interacted with students of the school.
All the alumni who are doing very well in various walks of life shared their experiences with the students and motivated the students to work hard and study diligently to make their life a success and thereby be the change in the valley.
All the Alumni were thankful to the AAGS and administrative staff for providing them with a well-founded platform and guidance for their present success. They also enlightened the students about the modern infrastructure facilities available presently at AAGS, Budkot and make full utilisation for a better career.
In the end newly constructed classrooms were inaugurated. All the Alumni thanked the school administration for conducting the annual Alumni meet and which helped in building up the bond between students and their Alma mater.
