AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS: The Netherlands Yogasana Sports Association (NYSA) proudly extends its heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to participate in the International Day of Yoga (IDY) celebrations held in Amsterdam. The event, organised in collaboration with esteemed partners, was a vibrant celebration of yoga’s unifying spirit and global significance.
NYSA sincerely thanks His Excellency Ambassador Mr. Kumar Tuhin, the Embassy of India, and the Gandhi Centre for their invaluable support and for graciously inviting NYSA to be an integral part of this momentous global occasion. This collaboration resulted in a meaningful and engaging experience for all participants.
Led by NYSA’s team of dedicated yoga coaches – Vandana Vyas, Laura Dostanbayeva, Ashwini Pathak, Felicia Arjuna, Lakshmi Menon, Ambika Vaidya, and Puja Bhutoria – attendees participated in the IDY protocol asanas. Their skilled demonstrations and inclusive instruction greatly contributed to the event’s atmosphere of wellness, harmony, and community engagement.
A special note of appreciation is extended to Manish Magar, Officer from the Embassy of India, whose presence and gesture of honoring the NYSA yoga coaches was a deeply valued recognition of their tireless commitment to the practice of yoga. NYSA also expresses profound gratitude to Dr. Prashant, representing Pranic Healing – Institute for Inner Studies, for his unwavering support and valuable collaboration that enhanced the overall experience.
