MLA Azam Khan disqualified from UP assembly membership after getting three years jail term

Samajwadi Party leader and Rampur MLA Azam Khan has been disqualified from the membership of the UP Legislative Assembly, informed the Office of UP Assembly Speaker.

He has been sentenced to three years in prison in a 2019 hate speech case by Rampur District court.
