Nagpur: State Minister Pankaj Bhoyar has responded to the recent controversy surrounding the suspension of students at Wardha Hindi University, stating that the action taken by the administration was based on reports of “anti-national activities” within the campus.
Speaking to news agency, Bhoyar clarified that the Wardha Hindi University falls under the jurisdiction of the central government, but the state government remains informed and involved in key administrative decisions concerning campus affairs.
“According to the information I have, some students were involved in activities that go against the spirit of the nation and participated in acts that should not take place within an educational institution. That is why the university administration might have decided to suspend them,” Bhoyar said.
