Noida: Television host and actor Mini Mathur has been crowned the winner of Prime Video’s Alliance Season 1, concluding the six-week reality competition built around strategy, teamwork and survival.
Hosted by Kunal Kemmu, the grand finale streamed on Thursday, with Mini defeating fellow finalists Aly Goni and Ruhee Dosani to lift the trophy and win a cash prize of ₹50 lakh. Aly Goni finished as the first runner-up, while Ruhee Dosani secured the second runner-up position.
Mini earned her place in the finale after defeating Kushal Tandon in a head-to-head semi-final challenge, while Ruhee Dosani overcame Niti Taylor to secure the remaining finalist spot. Aly Goni had already qualified for the finale after being named the season’s “Ace of the Week.”
The final challenge tested both physical endurance and strategic thinking, requiring contestants to collect balls, construct a bridge and balance it on a platform to unlock the codes leading to the prize vault.
Mini Mathur Reacts to Her Victory
Reacting to her win, Mini described the experience as “absolutely surreal.”
As quoted by Bollywood Bubble, she said:”This journey challenged me in every possible way—emotionally, mentally and strategically. Every single day inside the headquarters pushed me to become stronger. There were moments of doubt, moments of joy, friendships I’ll always cherish and lessons I’ll carry with me for life.”

Alliance marks Prime Video’s first global daily reality format in India. The series is an Indian adaptation of Talpa Studios’ Dutch format, created by John de Mol and produced locally by Banijay Asia.
The show began with sixteen contestants entering the headquarters in pairs, competing in physical and knowledge-based challenges where alliances constantly shifted and partnerships were repeatedly tested.
As the competition progressed, unexpected eliminations, betrayals and wildcard entries reshaped the game. The original contestants included Ravi Kishan, Vanshaj Singh, Payal Gaming, Armaan Khera, Dolly Javed, Delbar Arya, Sabby Suri, Rivva Kishan, Kushal Tandon, Daisy Shah, Ruhee Dosani, Nikhil Chinapa, Niti Taylor, Mini Mathur, Arslan Goni and Zaid Darbar. Later entrants included Sohail Khan, Agu Stanley Chiedozie, Vriddhi Patwa, Seema Sajdeh, Aly Goni, Kashish Kapoor and Bali.
