Maharashtra minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule on Monday launched a sharp attack on Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, saying the former Chief Minister should focus on the condition of his own party rather than commenting on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Bawankule Targets Uddhav Thackeray
Speaking to reporters in Nagpur, Bawankule questioned why Uddhav Thackeray was concerned about the BJP and claimed that the Shiv Sena (UBT) was steadily losing political ground.
“Why is Uddhav Thackeray worrying about the BJP? He should worry about his own party, which is declining day by day. He should be concerned about that instead.”
‘BJP Is Focused on Hindutva and National Identity’
The senior BJP leader asserted that his party remained committed to strengthening its ideological agenda and serving the nation.
“Our party is working to strengthen Hindutva and the national identity of our country. In this way, our party is working…”
Bawankule’s remarks come amid continuing political exchanges between the BJP and the Shiv Sena (UBT), with leaders from both sides intensifying their attacks over the evolving political landscape in Maharashtra.
