Srinagar: Doctor Shah Jahan Wani (Medical Officer – MO Ayush unit district hospital Handwara) on Friday led the district hospital Handwara team in a blood donation camp which was organised by the Forest Protection Force (FPF) at Machipora Rajwar, Handwara.
The event which was flawlessly conducted was attended by Director of Forest Protection Force J Frankkoi.
In the end Dr. Shah Jahan Wani elaborated on the health benefits of medicinal and nutritional plants. He also advised them to plant nutritional plants so that the people in adjoining areas can take benefits’ also spread awareness about the benefits of honey and mulberry.
The district Hospital administration at Handwara was very thankful to the Forest department at Machipora Rajwar for holding such events and the hospital strives to conduct many more events in the future.
