A police personnel was critically injured in a firing incident on the Kokernag road in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday.
The injured officer was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. His condition remains critical, official sources told GNS.
Following the attack, security forces swiftly cordoned off the area and launched a massive search operation to trace those responsible.
