Mumbai: In a significant political development ahead of the upcoming municipal elections in Maharashtra, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray is currently holding a closed-door meeting with Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at a hotel in Bandra.
The meeting, which comes amid growing speculation about a possible alliance involving Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena (UBT), has stirred fresh political buzz in state circles. It indicate that the discussions are centered around poll strategies and seat-sharing arrangements for the municipal polls, including the crucial Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections.
