The victims have been identified as Vasu Mitra, Chief Signalling Inspector, Somnath Uttam Lambutre, Electrical Signalling Maintainer at Vasai Road, and helper Sachin Wankhade, all part of the Signalling Department in the Mumbai division, as per an official statement.
