New Delhi: At least three people lost their lives and three others sustained injuries after a building collapsed on Wednesday afternoon in Delhi’s Daryaganj area. The incident occurred at Sadbhavana Park, sending shockwaves across the locality.
Firefighters received the distress call at approximately 12:14 pm and immediately launched rescue operations to pull out individuals trapped under the debris. Senior officials and emergency response teams rushed to the site to coordinate relief efforts and ensure the safety of nearby residents.
The cause of the collapse is currently under investigation. Authorities have appealed to residents to stay clear of the area while rescue operations continue. Locals expressed their horror as images and videos of the rubble circulated on social media.
