Patna: Dismissing the #BiharElection2025 exit polls as “manufactured propaganda,” Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Mahagathbandhan’s Chief Ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav accused a section of the media of creating psychological pressure ahead of the final results.
Speaking to reporters in Patna, Yadav said, “We neither rejoice nor harbour any misconception over surveys. These surveys are just psychological pressure, brought under pressure by officers.” He further lashed out at what he termed “Godi Media,” claiming that the same media houses showing these exit polls had previously “captured Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi in Pakistan.”
“The surveys have been shown by the same ‘Godi Media’ which had made infiltrators enter Bihar during SIR. This is pure propaganda,” Yadav alleged, suggesting that the exit polls were part of a coordinated attempt to manipulate public perception.
Yadav reiterated that the Mahagathbandhan remains confident in the people’s mandate and said that real results will reflect the “will of Bihar’s people, not the narrative of Delhi’s studios.”
