The country has administered over 43 crore 51 lakh doses of COVID vaccine so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Union Health Ministry said, more than 18 lakh 99 thousand vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry said, 35 thousand 968 patients recovered during the last 24 hours and the Covid recovery rate now stands at 97.35 percent. Till now, more than three crore five lakh people have recovered from COVID-19.
The Country reported 39 thousand 361 new cases in last 24 hours. Currently India’s active caseload is at around four lakh 11 thousand. The active cases constitute 1.31 per cent of the total reported cases so far. Daily Positivity Rate stands at 3.41 per cent, which is less than five percent.
