India has administered over 40 lakh 65 thousand doses of COVID vaccine to the eligible beneficiaries in the last 24 hours. With this more than 38 crore 14 lakh vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Union Health Ministry in a statement said that the country has reported 31 thousand 443 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours which the lowest in 118 days
The country’s active caseload has further declined to 4 lakh 31 thousand and 315, the lowest in 109 days. The active cases constitute 1.40 per cent of the total reported cases so far.
