Mumbai: NDA’s Vice-Presidential candidate C.P. Radhakrishnan on Monday lauded the legendary figures of Maharashtra, highlighting their enduring contribution to the nation. Speaking to supporters, Radhakrishnan said, “To the great sons of Maharashtra, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Babasaheb Ambedkar, Veer Savarkar, we paid respect to all these people who fought their whole life for restoring the self-respect of Mother Bharat. Their life is the most inspiring thing.”
