New Delhi: In a significant move, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday (April 15) filed a chargesheet in the National Herald case against Congress leaders and MPs Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. The case pertains to alleged financial irregularities involving Associated Journals Ltd (AJL) and Young Indian. The chargesheet has been submitted to the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi.
