Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again opened an all out attack at the Congress party over the turmoil on the issue of Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 and dared the party to declare that it is willing to offer citizenship of India to every Pakistani.
Addressing his last election rally at Barhet while stumping for BJP candidates in Santhal Pargana, he said, “Let the Congress party announce its stand on the issue and people of the country will take care of the rest. Congress is only misleading the people over the issue.”
“When everything is happening peacefully, the opposition is not able to digest it and it seems rats are running in their stomach,” he said adding that fear had been created among the people on Article 370.
People were told that they will get electric shocks, the country will be in turmoil and the nation will be torn apart, he said, adding that terrorism was allowed to breed in Jammu and Kashmir terrorists, but no decision was taken to eliminate the terrorists.
“But the BJP took the decision and removed article 370 and Kashmir has also moved forward as the entire country rejected the negative thoughts of Congress and its allies,” Mr Modi said.
“Apparently, Congress and its allies have made spreading lies the base of their politics,” he added.
“Once again, Congress and its allies are speaking lies and are scaring people on CAA,” he stated.
“Congress and its allies have put all their strength to scare the Muslims and are creating an environment of falsehood and fear in the country,” he said.
“It is crystal clear that CAA will have no impact on Hindu, Muslims, Christians and Parsis of the country, yet Congress is spreading misinformation and spreading lies non-stop,” he maintained.-UNI news
