Major Blow to Naxal Movement: 29 Rebels Surrender in Chhattisgarh’s Narayanpur

In a significant setback for Naxal insurgency in Chhattisgarh, 29 Naxals from the Kutul Area Committee laid down their arms before Narayanpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Prabhat Kumar on Wednesday.

According to officials, the surrendered group included 22 men and 7 women, marking a major shift in the region’s security landscape.

SP Prabhat Kumar emphasized that the administration’s relentless efforts against Naxalism are yielding results. He further stated that development initiatives and growing public awareness are leading to social transformation in the affected areas.
