The Maharashtra government has decided to extend the timings of shops and restaurants in the state. As per the order released by the government, restaurants can now remain open till 12 am and shops till 11 pm.
However, the local DDMA may restrict these timings further if so deemed fit due to any local requirements but shall not relax it further without consent of SDMA.
Yesterday, CM Uddhav Thackeray chaired a meeting with Covid-19 Task Force and it was decided to give more relaxations.
