Prime Minister Narendra Modi graced the inaugural National Creators Award ceremony held at Bharat Mandapam in the national capital on Friday, marking a significant milestone in celebrating creativity and innovation across various domains.

During the ceremony, PM Modi presented the coveted Disruptor of the Year award to Ranveer Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, acknowledging his impactful contributions in the digital realm.

In a light-hearted exchange following the award presentation, PM Modi engaged in a playful banter with the young YouTuber, prompting laughter and camaraderie on stage. Responding to PM Modi’s query about fitness mantras, Ranveer emphasized the importance of yoga and meditation, prompting PM Modi to quip, “People may say now that he’s saying what Modiji says, He belongs to BJP now.” Both shared a jovial moment, with Ranveer acknowledging PM Modi’s ability to connect with the youth.

PM Modi also commended Ranveer for his work and suggested incorporating discussions on the importance of sleep into his show. Revealing his own hectic schedule and minimal sleep routine, PM Modi emphasized the need for awareness about completing the sleep cycle among the populace.

The National Creators Award aims to recognize excellence and impact across diverse fields such as storytelling, social change advocacy, environmental sustainability, education, and gaming. With over 1.5 lakh nominations received in the first round across 20 different categories, the award serves as a platform for harnessing creativity to drive positive change.
