Bhuj: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday delivered a sharp message to Pakistan, urging its citizens—especially the youth—to rise against terrorism and restore peace in their country. Speaking from Bhuj in Gujarat, the Prime Minister did not mince words as he warned Pakistan in clear terms.

“The people of Pakistan need to come forward to get their country rid of terrorism. Their youth will have to come forward,” said PM Modi, addressing a large gathering. Taking his warning a step further, he added in Hindi, “Sukh chain ki zindagi jiyo, roti khao, warna meri goi toh hai hi,” which loosely translates to, “Live peacefully, eat your bread, or else my bullet is there.”

The bold statement was part of a larger address during PM Modi’s visit to his home state, where he inaugurated several development projects. Before the event, the Prime Minister held a grand roadshow in Bhuj that saw enthusiastic crowds lining the streets, waving and cheering as he passed by.

The visit is seen as part of the government’s continued emphasis on both regional development and national security. PM Modi was welcomed with fervent public support, highlighting his strong connection with the people of Gujarat.
