The threats, which have also targeted the families and close associates of the celebrities, have led to formal complaints being filed with the Mumbai Police.
Rajpal Yadav has officially registered a complaint with the police, with others including Sugandha Mishra and Remo D’Souza also taking legal action. The Amboli Police have filed an FIR under Section 351(3) of the BNS Act, based on a complaint lodged by Rajpal Yadav’s wife.
According to police sources, preliminary investigations indicate that the threatening emails originated from Pakistan. The emails, which were signed by an individual identifying themselves as “Vishnu,” were sent from the email address don99284@gmail.com. The message contained explicit threats against the celebrities, warning of “dangerous consequences” if the demands were not met within eight hours.

This is not a public stunt or an attempt to harass you. We request that you take this message seriously and maintain confidentiality.” The email also threatens harm to the personal and professional lives of the celebrities if they do not comply.
