Delhi Lt Governor VK Saxena has decided to file defamation case against Aam Aadmi Party leaders for making baseless allegations against him. These AAP leaders include Atishi, Saurabh Bhardwaj and Durgesh Pathak, Jasmine Shah. AAP leaders made false, fabricated and defamatory allegations of corruption against LG linking him to a 2016 case pertaining to Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC). Delhi Lt Governor has taken a serious view of these diversionary allegations and has decided to take legal action against the AAP leaders involved so that the party does not get away with its characteristic shoot and scoot.
