Maharashtra Minister Aaditya Thackeray on Monday said that a delegation from the state government will meet the central government to discuss the loudspeaker issue.
The decision was taken in an all party meeting in presence of Maharashtra Home Minister Dilip Wasle Patel as there are chances of communal tension in the state.
Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray, Leader of Opposition in Maharashtra Assembly Devendra Fadnavis skipped the all-party meeting called by the Maharashtra government on Monday.
Besides this, Maharashtra chief minister Udhav Thackeray also did not attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Home Minister Dilip Walse and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar at Sahyadri Guest House to discuss the law and order situation in the state amid the row over loudspeakers.
