The property, developed by Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP, comes at a built-up area rate of ₹96,400 per sq ft. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of ₹1.07 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.com.
The property is located in a prime area of Mumbai, where the residential real estate market commands prices ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1.50 lakh per sq ft.
