New Delhi: The political storm over the AAP-led Delhi government’s handling of public health services intensified after a damning CAG report flagged massive mismanagement under former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. BJP MLA Tarvinder Singh Marwah launched a scathing attack, holding Kejriwal directly responsible for 80% of COVID-19 deaths in the capital and claiming that “if he goes to jail this time, he will not get bail.”

The CAG report, tabled in the Delhi Assembly by CM Rekha Gupta, exposed severe lapses in the healthcare system, highlighting underutilization of funds, delayed projects, staff shortages, and a crumbling Mohalla Clinic scheme. Shockingly, the report revealed that the Kejriwal government used only ₹582.84 crore out of the ₹787.91 crore provided by the Centre for COVID-19 management, raising serious questions about fund allocation.

BJP MLA Shikha Rai slammed the AAP government, stating that “each paragraph of the CAG report shows how bad the healthcare system is in Delhi. Treatment meant for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) was not provided, and private hospitals were left unmonitored.”

I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the problem fixed soon. Cheers
