Patna: The second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 is underway across 122 constituencies in 20 districts, marking the concluding leg of the high-stakes polls. As of 9 a.m., the voter turnout stood at 14.55%, according to the Election Commission.
Among the districts, Gaya recorded the highest polling at 15.97%, followed by Kishanganj and Jamui, while Bhagalpur reported the lowest turnout so far. A total of 1,302 candidates, including several ministers from the Nitish Kumar government, are contesting in this phase.
Polling began at 7 a.m. and will continue till 5 p.m. under tight security arrangements.
