In a bizarre claim, the accused in Air India urination case Shankar Mishra told the court on Friday that the elderly lady, who had filed complaint against him, urinated on herself.
Shankar Mishra had requested bail in a Delhi court. Mishra stated in his bail application that he was framed. He claimed he was sleeping when the entire incident happened and was forced to take the blame when he woke up.
Delhi Police is seeking three-day custody of accused Mishra. He is currently in judicial custody.
