A team of researchers headed by Professor Manindra Agrawal of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur has predicted that very soon the number of COVID cases will reduce in country. Professor Manindra Agrawal and his team has said that cases have already started reducing in Uttar Pradesh and that the state has witnessed the peak of the epidemic.
Talking to news agency, Professor Manindra Agrawal said that as per their calculation based on a special mathematical calculation named SUTRA, it is clear that cases are reducing in Lucknow also which has been the epicenter of the pandemic recently.
Professor Manindra said that after the first week of May the second wave will slow down and new COVID cases will come down in the whole country.
