As the battle for Lok Sabha seats intensifies in Pune district, the political arena is abuzz with activity. The NCP, under the leadership of Ajit Pawar, and the BJP are both firm on their stance to contest the Maval seat, leaving the Shiv Sena in a quandary regarding its candidate selection.

Barne, however, downplays opposition to his candidacy, asserting the rights of parties to stake their claims. His journey from Congress to Shiv Sena and consecutive victories in Maval reflect his political prowess, notably his significant win in the 2019 polls against Ajit Pawar’s son, despite familial efforts to influence the constituency.
Amidst the uncertainties, the Maval Lok Sabha seat emerges as a battleground of political maneuvering, underscoring the intricate dynamics within the coalition and the quest for supremacy in the upcoming polls.
