New Delhi: In a fiery statement that has sparked a political storm, Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi on Friday promised to unveil what he described as “dynamic, explosive proofs” of large-scale electoral fraud by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Rahul declared that the slogan “Vote chor, gaddi chhor” (Thieves of votes must leave power) is echoing across the nation, alleging that BJP-led governments are being formed through “stolen mandates.”
“We guarantee that we will be providing you with the proofs,” Rahul Gandhi thundered, directly addressing BJP leaders. “To the BJP people, who are getting agitated, I would like to tell — don’t get agitated. When the hydrogen bomb drops, everything will be cleared out.”
