Patna: Chaos broke out in Bihar’s capital on Friday when workers of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress clashed outside the Congress office in Patna. The confrontation occurred as BJP workers protested against alleged abusive remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his mother during Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Voter Adhikar Yatra’ in the state.

Multiple videos circulating on social media showed workers from both parties attacking each other with party flags, escalating the situation rapidly. Police were called to the spot to bring the situation under control.

The clash comes a day after the BJP lodged a complaint against Rahul Gandhi in Patna, accusing him of using derogatory language against PM Modi. The complaint was filed by BJP leader Krishna Singh Kallu at the local police station, intensifying political tensions in the state ahead of upcoming elections.
