Udaipur: Director and filmmaker Vikram Bhatt, along with his wife Shwetambari Bhatt, has been sent to seven days’ police custody by the Additional Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Magistrate of Udaipur.
The couple was detained yesterday in Mumbai by the Rajasthan Police in connection with an ongoing IVF fraud investigation. Authorities have stated that the custody period will allow further questioning and investigation into the alleged irregularities related to the case.
