Mumbai: The state government is responsible for the security of the leader of the opposition Devendra Fadnavis. BJP leader MLA Adv. Ashish Shelar demanded that the state government must provide additional security to Devendra Fadnavis, who is on a spree of exposing those plotting to turn down the opposition party in the state.
Talking to the media persons on this occasion, MLA Adv. Ashish Shelar said, “This is a heinous conspiracy. The evidence presented by the leader of the Opposition Devendra Fadnavis shows the illegal use of weapons and the misuse of the police force and how all these things were interconnected. Devendra Fadnavis has also exposed Dawood Ibrahim’s property. Overall it looks like a huge plot and hence additional security must be provided to Devendra Fadnavis,” demanded BJP leader MLA Adv. Ashish Shelar.
Security of public prosecutor must also be enhanced
As per the evidence presented by Devendra Fadnavis, the mastermind of the conspiracy happens to be the special public prosecutor Adv. Pravin Chavan. Hence all the information about who all is meeting the special public prosecutor Chavan, people who visit him in his office or residence needs to be looked into. Since Chavan happens to be the mastermind of such a huge plot, the state government must look into his security as well and hence additional security must be provided to the special public prosecutor, demanded MLA Adv. Ashish Shelar.
