Mumbai: Social media influencer Orry was seen enjoying himself at American rapper Travis Scott’s Mumbai concert on November 19, just hours before he was scheduled to appear for questioning by the Mumbai Police in a high-profile Rs 252 crore drugs case.
Clad in a simple vest and jeans, Orry was captured on video dancing and celebrating with friends, which quickly went viral on social media. The public appearance has drawn attention due to the timing, as he was summoned the very next day by the Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Mumbai Police.
Orry has reportedly requested a new date for the questioning, delaying his appearance before the Ghatkopar unit of the ANC. Authorities are investigating the case linked to large-scale MD drugs transactions, in which several high-profile names have surfaced.
According to reports, Salim Shaikh, an accused arrested in the Rs 252 crore MD drugs scandal, mentioned Orry and Alishah Parkar—the nephew of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Shaikh claimed that Orry and Alishah share a close friendship, attend drug-fueled parties, and are known to consume narcotics.
