“Those Who Want To Leave, Get Out”: Sanjay Raut’s Sharp Message Amid TMC Rebellion Over MPs’ NDA Move

Raut Weighs In On TMC’s Internal Crisis

As reports of a major rebellion within the Trinamool Congress continue to dominate political discussions, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut has offered blunt advice to TMC chief Mamata Banerjee amid claims that several party MPs have extended support to the NDA.

Reacting to reports that around 20 TMC MPs had written to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, Raut said political betrayal cannot be prevented once leaders have made up their minds.

“If The Bug Of Betrayal Infects Someone…”

Drawing parallels with Maharashtra’s own political upheavals, Raut said, “If the bug of dishonesty and betrayal infects someone, they are capable of anything. We have experienced this in Maharashtra.”

The Shiv Sena (UBT) leader suggested that attempts to persuade dissident leaders may not be effective if they have already decided to change sides.

“Those Who Want To Stay, Stay; Those Who Want To Leave, Get Out”

Offering a direct message for Banerjee, Raut remarked, “If these individuals have made up their minds to betray Mamata Banerjee, you cannot stop them.”

He further added, “She should issue a challenge: those who wish to stay, may stay; those who wish to leave, get out. We did the same thing.”

The statement comes at a time when the Trinamool Congress is facing one of its biggest internal challenges, with reports suggesting that a large group of MPs may be seeking a separate political identity while maintaining support for the BJP-led NDA.

Political Temperature Rises In Bengal

The controversy has intensified following the resignation of senior leader Sukhendu Sekhar Roy and reports of growing dissatisfaction among sections of the party’s parliamentary ranks.

While the Trinamool Congress leadership has not officially commented on the latest claims, opposition leaders and political observers are closely watching developments that could reshape West Bengal’s political landscape in the coming weeks.
