Samajwadi Party MP Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday raised a strong voice in Parliament regarding the recent violence in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, calling it a “well-planned conspiracy.” Speaking in the Lok Sabha, Yadav stated that the incident had a deliberate agenda behind it and was intended to disturb the communal harmony of the region.

“The incident that took place in Sambhal is a well-planned conspiracy, and the brotherhood in Sambhal has been destroyed,” Yadav declared. He further criticized the BJP and its allies for allegedly creating a divisive narrative involving the excavation of mosques, which, according to him, is part of a broader scheme to fracture the unity and brotherhood in the country.

Yadav’s statement in the Lok Sabha echoed his concern about the ongoing political discourse, where he claimed that talks about such excavations could only result in widespread division. “The talks of excavation throughout the country done by BJP and its allies will destroy the brotherhood of the country,” he added.

The violence in Sambhal has sparked a heated debate, with accusations of it being politically motivated to provoke religious tensions. Yadav’s comments highlight the growing unease over issues of communal harmony and the impact of political narratives on social cohesion.

As the situation continues to unfold, political leaders across the spectrum have weighed in on the issue, calling for a careful investigation and urgent measures to restore peace. The controversy surrounding the incident is expected to have significant repercussions, both locally in Sambhal and on the national political stage.
