Muzaffarpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, October 30, launched a sharp attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav during his election rally in Muzaffarpur, branding both as “Yuvraajs of corruption” and accusing them of spreading false promises ahead of the Bihar Assembly polls.

Addressing a massive crowd at the Sugar Mill Ground in Motipur, PM Modi said, “In Bihar’s electoral battle, there are now two Yuvraajs — one from India’s most corrupt family and another from Bihar’s most corrupt family. Both are out on bail in scams worth thousands of crores.”

He alleged that the Congress and RJD leaders “run shops of lies” and “cannot digest a meal without abusing a kaamdar (a worker)”, underscoring the difference between dynastic politics and a government built on hard work and development.

The Prime Minister also mocked the alliance between the Congress and RJD, describing their partnership as one defined by “katta, krurta, katuta, kusashan, and corruption” — terms he said represented violence, cruelty, bitterness, misgovernance, and corruption. “Where there is katta, where cruelty reigns, there the law breaks down,” Modi said, drawing cheers from the crowd.

Invoking the local pride of Muzaffarpur, Modi remarked, “Yahan ki litchi jitni meethi hoti hai, utni hi meethi hai boli bhi hai (The litchis here are as sweet as the language spoken here),” before concluding his speech with the slogan, “Phir ek baar, NDA sarkaar.”
