Patna: Patna is preparing for a major political event as the new Bihar government is scheduled to be sworn in on November 20, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and senior National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders expected to attend the ceremony at Gandhi Maidan. The event will mark yet another political milestone for Nitish Kumar, who is poised to return as Chief Minister for a record tenth term.
Nitish Kumar is expected to meet Governor Rajendra Arlekar on Wednesday to formally submit his resignation and present a letter of support from all NDA alliance partners, clearing the way for the formation of the new government.
