The directive, issued by Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) Akbar Pathan, prohibits throwing water balloons, using offensive language, and engaging in indecent gestures that could cause discomfort to the public. Major Restrictions During Holi:
- No Water Balloons or Forced Colour Smearing: Throwing coloured water, dyes, or balloons at people without consent is banned to prevent cases of harassment.
