More than 219 crore doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the country so far under the nationwide vaccination drive.
The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said, over five lakh vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours. During the same period, 1957 new COVID cases were reported in the country. The country’s active caseload currently stands at 27,374. The recovery rate is 98.75 per cent. A total of 2654 people have recovered in the last 24 hours.
