Mission Director Dairy Development JK participated in MTMP programmes at MC Handwara, Inspected ITI Handwara

Srinagar: Mission Director, Dairy Development, Jammu and Kashmir, Narinder Singh Bali, who is designated Visiting Officer for Municipal Committee Handwara on Monday participated in the grand function organized at Town Hall, Handwara in connection with ‘My Town My Pride’ programme.

Superintendent of Police Handwara, Sheema Nabi; Chairman Municipal Committee Handwara, Masoor Ahmad Banday, Executive Officer MC Handwara, Farooq Ahmad Rather, DDC Member, Mir Suliman, Chief Animal Husbandry Officer, Dr. Ashraf Malik and various officers attended the function.

The Mission Director said that the aim of organizing ‘My Town My Pride’ programme was to provide a platform for the people living in the towns to address their day-to-day developmental issues, besides, providing mass awareness regarding various developmental and welfare programmes.

The Mission Director inspected various stalls established by different departments and received feedback from them. He expressed satisfaction over the services offered by the stallholders.

A cultural variety programme was held at the occasion. Later, the Mission Director inspected ITI Handwara and interacted with the faculty and the trainees.
