Main Accused Arrested in Uttar Pradesh Class 12 Paper Leak Case

Vinay Chaudhary, the alleged main perpetrator in the Uttar Pradesh class 12 board exam paper leak case, has been apprehended by authorities. The incident unfolded when the mathematics and biology question papers for the class 12 board exams in Uttar Pradesh were purportedly shared on a WhatsApp group just an hour after the examinations commenced on Thursday.

According to police reports, the accused, Vinay, captured photos of the Intermediate Biology and Mathematics papers and disseminated them within a WhatsApp group. This action prompted authorities to file a police complaint, with the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS), Agra, Dinesh Kumar, lodging an FIR in Fatehpur Sikri.

The FIR named the principal of Atar Singh Inter College in Kiraoli, Fatehpur Sikri, along with his son, who serves as a computer operator at the institute, and others allegedly involved in the incident. It is alleged that the principal’s son posted the question papers on the WhatsApp group “All Principals Agra.”

Dr. Mukesh Agrawal, the Joint Director of the Secondary Education Department and the Observer for the exams, emphasized that immediate action is being taken following the incident. A committee has been formed to investigate the matter, and officials have been instructed to take necessary steps. Agrawal affirmed that legal action will be pursued against those found culpable.
