Mumbai: Maharashtra MP Supriya Sule of the NCP-SCP on Thursday stressed the importance of addressing the ongoing US tariff issue through a united approach.
Speaking on the matter, Sule said, “Straight talk is something we need to resolve. It’s very important in geopolitics. We are seeing how much instability is in our continent and then this tariff issue. I think we need to use our best team, call all the leaders in India who could be sitting on any side of the bench; it doesn’t matter, but in the larger interests of India, I think this tariff issue needs to be resolved.”
Sule’s statement highlights the need for a cross-party dialogue to safeguard India’s economic and strategic interests amid growing global uncertainties.
