Mumbai: Maharashtra Minister Girish Mahajan has praised the Union Cabinet’s approval of the caste census, calling it a historic step in ensuring justice for all castes. “Prime Minister Modi has made a historic decision. For many years, there has been a demand for caste-based census, and I believe that day has finally come,” Mahajan stated.
He further emphasized that the move would bring justice to all castes, a long-awaited step that many people have been eagerly anticipating. “I feel that all castes will get justice through this, and it’s a decision we have been waiting for a long time,” he added.
