Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has directed the District Collectors in the state that they should set a target of hundred per cent vaccination of eligible population in the state at least for the first dose.
Mr Thackeray held a meeting for the preparation of the meeting to be held with Prime Minister Narendra Modi who will take stock of the vaccination of the states which are showing slow progress. He appealed the citizens to come forward for the vaccination and not to avoid the second dose as the risk of the infection of Corona virus is not yet over.
