Applications for revaluations, verification to be made only online this year owing to Covid scare
Mumbai: The results of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations of the Maharashtra State board will be declared online on July 16 from 1 pm onwards. The results will be available only online and students are to take their own printouts of the mark sheets. The entire post-result procedures like application for verification of marks, seeking copy of answer sheets, revaluation and migration certificates, will be handled entirely online this year to avoid Covid scare, a release from the Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (MSSHSEB) stated.
“Students earlier had to apply either individually or through their educational institutions to the Board. However, due to prevailing Covid-19 health scare and curfew in the state, it would be inconvenient for students/parents to visit board offices. Also, to avoid crowds at the various board offices, the entire process of applications has been moved online,” Dr Ashok Bhonsale, secretary of the MSSHSEB. The payments will also have to be made online using net banking, UPI, debit or credit cards.
